the location was fantastic. the room was amazing and comfortable. it had great views on the patio.
check in was sloppy. the receptionist did not provide any information about the hotel. housekeeping was haphazard and dirt was visible on surfaces. the balcony was very dirty, spoiling the opportunity to sit outside.

the hotel provides secure parking. i found a lovely garden area, especially enjoyable in the evening, with castle views. the location proved excellent, offering close proximity to la cite and numerous restaurants.
the staff was nice. but not as cute as other places i have stayed.

A rather UNIMPRESSIVE stay

The breakfast was REALLY disappointing. I expected much more from a hotel that claims such high standards. Some days, the pastries were stale. Other days, the hot food was lukewarm. This made starting the day off on the wrong foot. The staff also seemed undertrained at times, with slow service and some difficulty answering simple questions.

the breakfast buffet wasn't good at all, i found the area for self-service was very small. staff was also rude when i asked for assistance, i was not impressed!
